Brad Simon

Project Manager

Brad joined the family business in 1998 working as a project manager. After four years in that capacity and following the events of 9-11, Brad enlisted in the US Army. Serving almost 10 years in the Army, he did two years in the infantry and then was selected for Army flight training. The remainder of his time in the Army was spent as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot, flight lead and instructor pilot. After completing two deployments to Iraq, Brad was selected to be an instructor at the US Army Aviation Center of Excellence where he taught young pilots to fly the Blackhawk. Brad left the Army in 2011 having achieved the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2(P).

Brad returned to the family business in early 2011 and picked up where he left off as a project manager. Since that time he has been leading our remodeling section. His attention to detail assures that each job is completed on time and on budget. When it comes to remodeling, Brad understands that we are working “in” the customer’s home, not just on it. The utmost care is taken to ensure that each customer is satisfied with both the process and the end result.

Brad is a graduate of LSUS. He and his wife Ashlee have three boys ages 3, 5 and 8.

Clay Simon

Project Manager

Having worked nearly every summer as a youth on the job sites, it seemed only natural that after graduating from LSU Clay would come on board full time. So in 1999, Clay began to put all his knowledge gained from the field in to managing projects from start to finish. Since that time, he has overseen the construction of 60 plus homes ranging in value from $200,000 to over $2,000,000. He is constantly researching new ideas and technologies as they relate to new home construction and incorporating those ideas as often as possible. His view on home building is that the actual construction and scheduling of the project is the easy part. The finesse comes in by ensuring that the best craftsmanship is put forth and that all of the client’s ideas, dreams, and expectations are realized in the final product. Clay and his wife Beth have been married for fourteen years and have two daughters.
